What we collect
- Your message — the text you write to your councilmember.
- Your address — used only to find your City Council district.
- Name and email (optional) — only if you choose to provide them.
What we do with it
- Your message and address are sent to your district councilmember’s office.
- If you provide an email and ask for a reply, it’s shared with the office so they can respond.
- If you ask for a copy, we send one to your email.
- That’s it. We don’t sell, rent, or share your information with anyone else.
What we don’t do
- No mailing lists. No newsletters. No marketing.
- No tracking across other websites.
- No selling your data. Ever.
How long we keep it
Messages are kept until they’re delivered, then deleted on a rolling basis.
Your rights
You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
